How to Make This Dashboard Live Inside GHL

OPTION A: Sub-Account Dashboard Embed (Recommended)
The dashboard appears as a widget on the sub-account home screen. GHL injects UPFqapefclDsvDh9CrYc into the iframe URL automatically.
A1. Host this HTML file (Netlify, GitHub Pages, or your own domain).
A2. In the sub-account, go to Dashboard → Edit Mode → Objects → Embed.
A3. Paste the hosted URL. Append ?locationId=UPFqapefclDsvDh9CrYc so the dashboard knows which sub-account it is serving.
A4. Resize the embed widget to full width. Save. The dashboard now loads every time anyone opens the sub-account home screen.
OPTION B: Custom Menu Link (Sidebar)
Adds a dedicated "Dashboard" link in the GHL left-hand sidebar that loads the page inside an iframe.
B1. In the Agency view, go to Settings → Custom Menu Links → Add New.
B2. Name: Operations Dashboard. URL: your hosted URL + ?locationId=UPFqapefclDsvDh9CrYc. Icon: choose the chart/dashboard icon.
B3. Open type: Embedded Page (iFrame) — this keeps the GHL navigation visible while loading the dashboard inside.
B4. Sidebar preference: Sub-Account. Assign to the Denver Services sub-account (or all sub-accounts if you want it everywhere).
B5. If using SaaS plans, tie the menu link to the plan so it auto-applies to new sub-accounts on that plan.
CONNECTING LIVE DATA VIA THE GHL API
1. In the sub-account: Settings → Integrations → Private Integrations → Create New.
2. Enable scopes: contacts.readonly, opportunities.readonly, calendars.readonly, conversations.readonly, calendars/events.readonly.
3. Copy the API token. Store it server-side (never expose in client-side HTML — use a lightweight proxy/serverless function).
4. The API integration code below (currently in demo mode) switches to live mode when a valid token is provided.
5. API data (contacts, opportunities, calendars, conversations) populates automatically.
6. GHL Reporting UI data (call stats, speed-to-lead) — use a GHL Custom Webhook workflow: trigger on "Call Completed" or "Opportunity Stage Changed", POST the event to your proxy, which aggregates and serves the stats to the dashboard.
7. Google reviews sync automatically once GBP is connected in GHL → Settings → Integrations → Google Business Profile. Use the GHL API's /locations/{locationId}/reviews endpoint if available, or scrape from the Reputation tab via a webhook on "Review Received."
WORKFLOW AUTOMATIONS FOR REAL-TIME STATS
The metrics that don't come directly from the API (call answer rate, speed-to-lead, missed-call recovery) can be calculated by creating GHL workflows that fire webhooks on key events:
W1. Call Answer Rate: Workflow trigger: "Inbound Call Completed". Action: Webhook POST to your proxy with answered: true/false, timestamp, duration. Proxy tallies answered vs total.
W2. Speed-to-Lead: Workflow trigger: "Contact Created" (any channel). Second workflow trigger: "First Reply Sent". Action: Webhook POST with contactId, createdAt, firstReplyAt. Proxy calculates median response time.
W3. Missed-Call Recovery: Workflow trigger: "Missed Call Text-Back Sent". Second trigger: "Reply Received". Action: Webhook POST with missedCallId, recovered: true/false. Proxy calculates recovery rate.
W4. Review Notifications: Workflow trigger: "Review Received" (from GBP integration). Action: Webhook POST with rating, text, date. Dashboard updates in real time.
